After working for many years in manufacturing, I always wanted to do artistic things. On buying a copy of Woodcarving magazine I was inspired to “give it a try” and a way of life was born.  I always tried  to do some carving at least once a week. After finding out about this group of fellow carvers I now feel that I can tackle much more difficult aspects of this art form, and never struggle to find help and or advice about any and all subjects I might come across. It has been a great help and delight to be among friends. I feel that I can only improve (hopefully) among these people.
